Full Restaurant Buyout

Take in the bright and airy scenery at Summer House—now even bigger and better. The newly expanded venue will transport guests to a California-style paradise. The full restaurant buyout includes comfortable booths, full bar seating throughout the restaurant, and two main dining rooms. The space is perfect for wedding receptions, corporate gatherings, and large-form events looking for a West Coast oasis.

Summer House South Partial Buyout

Soak up the sun in our Vitamin D Room! Nestled in the heart of the building beneath our clear glass atrium, this bright and airy space gives the feeling of an open-air event any time of year. The South Partial Buyout includes exclusive access to our south bar for you and your guests. Work with our events team to create a customized experience, whether it’s exciting food stations or a seated meal with the perfect Southern California touch.

All-Seasons Courtyard

It's always golden hour when you're in The Beach House! Prepare to be welcomed by our renowned "YES" sign and vibrant greenery when touring our newest room in the building.
