Holiday Cocktail Class

Consider this your warm-up for the most wonderful time of the year. Our annual Holiday Cocktail Class is back at Summer House North Bethesda on Thursday, November 19, from 6 PM to 9 PM.

Grab a shaker and join us for a night of mixing, drinking, and eating with friends. Our star bartender John, better known as Papi Sips, has curated a festive lineup of four seasonal cocktails, and our bartenders will show you how to bring each one to life. Sip on creamy coquito, a holiday Negroni, a foam-topped sipper, and a martini with caviar (yes, really).

And the bites? Just as festive. Think golden French Onion Tartlets with Gruyère and crispy shallots, Short Rib Arancini drizzled with mushroom gravy, Chicken Schnitzel Sandwiches with apple-cabbage slaw, and Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Cake with spiced poached pear to finish.
