How to play: Starting on April 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT through 12:00 PM CDT May 1, 2026 enter for a chance to win one (1) eight hundred dollar ($800.00) promotional gift card valid for one reservation only for a party of up to 10 people with a total approximate retail value of $800.00 valid only at Summer House Santa Monica- 1954 N. Halsted Street Chicago, IL location only, by following Summer House on Instagram at  https://www.instagram.com/summerhouserestaurants/ , and commenting/tagging three friends in the comment section of the Instagram post from @summerhouserestaurants announcing the promotion posted April 13, 2026.  To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Summer House Dinner Party Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2026, and received by 2:00 PM CDT May 6, 2026. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.  One (1) winner will be chosen at random at 2:00 PM CDT May 6, 2026 and notified by Instagram Direct Messenger or email depending on entry method.  Limit one (1) entry per Instagram user.  Please note, this promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Your entry to this sweepstakes constitutes a full and complete release of Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability related to this sweepstakes. You are providing your information to Halsted Kitchen LLC (Sponsor) and not to Instagram.

How to claim your prize: The Winner will be chosen randomly and notified by email or Instagram message depending on entry method with all required details.  The winner will be required to respond and accept the prize within 24 hours of sent message time.  Sponsor’s marketing team will communicate with the winner by email or other reasonable methods to coordinate prize retrieval or delivery of promo card by mail as agreed. Should in person prize pick-up be requested by winner, a valid government issued ID must be presented. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit“).  Should winner choose to not redeem the entire prize, the value of the prize will not be reduced for tax purposes. If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the applicable time period or fails to execute the Affidavit (if required) or provide other documentation/information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may in their sole discretion consider such prize winner to have forfeited.  Sponsor shall then have the option and not the obligation to randomly select another prize winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human and/or Sponsor error.

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void in New York, Florida and where prohibited. Employees of Halsted Kitchen LLC (“Sponsor”), Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible.

Prizes and Odds: Prize: One (1) Summer House Santa Monica  promotional gift card with an approximate retail value of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional notice or compensation. No prize includes alcoholic beverages. No delivery. No shipping. Sponsor will report the value of the prize as required by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning prize are based on the number of entries received.  How to claim your prize: A person from Sponsor will contact the winner via Instagram message or email as stated. Once notified, prize may be picked up at Summer House at 1954 N. Halsted Street Chicago, IL or may be mailed to winner as agreed. Valid only for one time dine in use for up to ten guests only (reservation made ahead of time as agreed). No carry over. Black out dates may apply.  See front and back of promo card for any exclusions. Winner must present valid ID and promo card for in person pick up. If  prize or prize notification is undeliverable by the date specified above, such prize will be forfeited. Should chosen winner fail to respond to winning notification within twenty-four hours, Sponsor reserves the right but shall not be obligated to choose an alternate winner.

General: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes do not include alcoholic beverages. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all Sponsor decisions. By accepting prize(s), winner(s) agree(s) to release Sponsor, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities. Winner(s) acknowledge(s) that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action of litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENCIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
