Spring Cocktail Class

Shake up your cocktail repertoire with fresh new flavors and techniques at the Spring Cocktail Class. On Tuesday, March 19 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, learn how to make four new drinks as you head into the spring season.

Each cocktail, from the Bee Happy with muddled blackberries, rosemary vodka, lime, habanero honey, and elderflowerto the Sip Sip Hooray with watermelon simple syrup, mint, lime, and rum, highlights the subtle yet sweet aromatics and flavors of springtime. Alongside every sip, enjoy perfect food pairings like Fried Oysters served alongside the Sunset Spritz welcome cocktail, and the Pork Tenderloin served with butternut squashpiquillo pepper coulis, and grilled onions served alongside the Two Tickets to Paradise Reposado cocktail.
