From time to time we will take photographs and video on the premises. We may display some of these on our website or use them for promotional purposes. Your entry onto the premises will constitute your consent to use any photographs or videos taken that may contain your image.
Your entry onto the premises constitutes your agreement that Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively "LEYE") has the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, re-use, copy, publish, republish, in whole or in part, edit, add to, modify, and rearrange any photograph or video of you today (the "Photographs") in any publication or work, in any media or format, throughout the world (collectively "Use"). This means LEYE shall have the right to use and deal with the Photographs in any manner it may choose without compensation to you and you hereby waive any right to inspect or approve such Use. You also agree that you do not retain any rights in the Photographs and that LEYE shall not be obligated to Use the Photographs, nor shall it be obligated to acknowledge you if it does. You release and forever discharge LEYE and its respective officers, agents, employees, legal representatives, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and courses of action of whatever kind that may arise from any Use of the Photographs.
